Welcome to Healsome! Please read these terms carefully, as they govern your use of our website, mobile app, and diet food delivery services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years or older to use our services.

Subscriptions and Orders

  • Explore various subscription plans and meal options.
  • Place orders only through our website or app.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders.
  • Payments accepted via COD, UPI, debit, or credit cards.

Delivery

  • Available in select Chennai areas; check our delivery zone map.
  • Two daily delivery slots: 7.00 to 9:00 AM and 6.00 to 8:00 PM.
  • Ensure a valid delivery address and availability to receive the order.
  • Delays due to unforeseen events will be communicated promptly.

Cancellations and Changes

  • Modify or cancel subscriptions anytime, but no refunds after the billing cycle begins.
  • Freeze subscriptions for up to 5 days/month with 24-hour prior notice.

Refund Policy

  • Once a consultation has been scheduled and completed, we are unable to offer refunds.
  • After the creation and delivery of your personalized diet chart, we are unable to provide a refund, as it is tailored to your specific needs.
  • If cancellation occurs [X] days or less before the service starts, the full payment will be considered non-refundable.
  • Any delivery charges (e.g., for physical materials, shipping of diet charts, etc.) are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.
  • Any additional services, consultations, or customized requests that involve extra charges are non-refundable once provided or booked.
  • If there is a 20% reduction applied to the service for any changes made after the package has been purchased, this reduced amount is non-refundable.
  • A refund of the remaining package amount will only be processed at the end of the package duration. Any services that have already been rendered (including consultations, delivered diet charts, etc.) will not be refunded.

Food Quality Issues

  • Report food quality issues within 24 hours for investigation and possible credit.

Protein Levels

  • Recommendations are provided, but customers make the final choice.
  • Consult a healthcare professional for high-protein plans.

Medical Disclaimer

  • Healsome meals are not intended to treat or cure medical conditions.
  • Consult your doctor before starting any diet plan.

Intellectual Property

  • Content on our platforms (text, images, logos, software) is protected.
  • Do not modify, copy, or distribute without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance.

Limitation of Liability

  • Healsome is not liable for any damages related to service use.

Governing Law

  • Terms are governed by Indian laws, with Chennai courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
